Great service

Bought a ford focus from car shop doncaster which developed a fault 4 months after purchase ( petrol particulate filter full ). Was told by car shop that warranty would be with a ford dealer so called evans halshaw as was closest for me. I was informed this was a common problem with this model & that it would need a software update to clear the problem. The person dealing with me was very helpful & explained the work would be carried out under warranty with nothing to pay and even arranged for the car to be picked up and delivered back to my home.
