Poor from start to finish
In short - Purchasing experience - up to point of sale was fine but then awful, repeatedly failing to respond to emails which was only resolved when threatening to cancel the order completely. Servicing - OK up to the point where you put a warranty claim in for corroding alloys. Had to take the car in 3 times to be looked at, 1st time nobody there to look at it, second time staff member confirms no damage and corroded alloys, third time it's all change and the alloys have been damaged somehow and warranty claim refused. Permanent loss of customer for future servicing and sales
