Very pleased with the car, however---

My wife and I brought a very good friend to buy a car, the lady concerned of a certain age who's husband is very ill in a home bought the car. The process was fine. A few day's later we discovered that the service book was missing. The car was a demonstrator owned by Murley, so the lady phoned and explained, nothing happened so she phoned again, still with no result, one day I was in Stratford so I called in and explained, a week later still nothing so I rang and asked to speak to the showroom manager and there was a message left for him, he did not phone back. After three day's my wife phoned and a few day's later the salesman delivered the service book to the lady. I did not receive any communication from them after all the inconvenience caused. Very, very, poor service after spending £16,000 on a car. Let's hope the service department fairs better.
