Dreadful Customer Service, Go Elsewhere!

Ordered a car in January, advised delivery beginning of March. I phoned beginning of Feb to get update, and a registration number so I could get insurance quotes. Was advised that they wanted to check on the computer for update. Would call back. They never called back. This happened at least 6 times. The final straw was when I spoke to the boss. He was phoning KIA, and would phone back in 2 hours. Guess what......,he never called back. He is a liar, and very good at it because most of his staff do it as well !! Even now, after they returned the deposit I paid, I don’t know what or why they never called back. I suspect they made an error regarding delivery dates, and decided not to call me back to deliver the news! The glibly spoken picked up the phone on one particular occasion and told me to phone by the middle of next week when I would be able to pick my own 2020 registration number. Of course this never happened,, If you want decent customer service go elsewhere.
