Went to Police. Fake Warranty

Sold car said would pay for repairs after red light showed on the dash before l;eaving. So long as sent Ali receipts. As soon as paid £1157 in repairs on my BMW he told me to " Get Lost " and " Go xxxx yourself you stupid idiot ". Lied about warranty. Lied about getting repairs done. Would have car back after I paid for repairs for same price. Was intimidated.. Went to Police, Then Trading Standards and writing this whilst on phone to Fraud Office as this company has done it to so many people now. Police have said I am the first to come forward and are supporting me all the way and its a Small Claims Court after intimidation. Highly suggest everyone calls CAB to help them with Trading Standards then-Police if they feel threatened on this ongoing concern and then go to Small Claims Court. They buy auction cars. hide the damage as my BMW Specialist will write a letter for the court. All Ali wants is your money. make no mistake. A Godless man. They do not care as soon as money has changed hands. It's your problem then. Illegally Trading and lying about a warranty . Lulled me into false state of affairs to repair car then would not pay. Lie after lies after lie. Then they get angry and intimidate, Then ignore you. Scam artists. My BMW Specialist said the car had been tampered with to cover up the red lights. Totally Illegal.
