Outstanding customer service

I would like to give you a feedback on my recent encounter with you colleague from Suzuki, Lisa who helped me with my Suzuki Vitara issue few days ago. Lisa showed an exceptional level of customer service from the first conversation with me. She arranged for my car rear suspension parts to be replaced under the warranty. Lisa went out of her way to collect the car and to bring it back to my house. She demonstrated the first class service which I was WOWED with. She was very passionate, polite and I can not thank her enough for the service she delivered. She even arranged for my car to be deep cleaned inside out! I would like this to be acknowledged as Lisa is your great asset. Thank you for your first class service. I will certainly shout about it to my friends and family.
