Poor Service & misleading information
I purchased a 2012 Nissan Navara in December 2019. I have bought six vehicles from this dealership, three of them new, in the past. service was good. I was informed by the salesman that the vehicle had a full service history, this was not present with the vehicle. They are now scratching around to collate this information, blaming previous owner for not cooperating. This should have been authenticated before vehicle was sold, on collection the MOT was not available this was sent in the post after chasing them up. I have spoken with a manager, who stated the salesman was not in the country and my concerns would be actioned on his return, he didn't take on board the length of time already taken. I'm not really sure what relevance holidays have! Two months on I still not received this information. Not all pre- delivery jobs were completed as requested. The vehicle has now developed a fault, I was informed the service department would contact me, this was two days ago. Generally poor service and misrepresentation. Very disappointing.
