A little disappointed

As I was buying from a distance, u had an AA vehicle inspection prior to purchase. My vehicle was missing it's parcel shelf and Ash assured me over the phone that they would sort this. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, I was told they didn't have one after all and to get one myself off eBay. No reduction in price was offered to compensate me. Aside from that I am very pleased with the car, but after spending so much, it's disappointing not to be perfect
