Great sales staff very poor after sales

Been dealing with Perrys for last 5 years.The sales staff are great to deal with and the cars Excelent.The big letdown are the after sales service team.I have never dealt with such a poor service who show total disregard to customers.If you do manage to get through on their phone you are talked down to and face to face they are even worse.On one visit I was told they were working on my car and I then learned from a more caring member of staff my car had been parked up in car park for over a week and hadn't moved.Totaliy untrustworthy and unreliable.
