awful customer service

Overpriced service costs, shocking customer service. Courtesy car that driven out of the garage that needs petrol instantly as there is only 5 miles remaining on the warning light. No one seems to care and no managers to be seen. Avoid at all costs. Car not cleaned after service as it was 'raining'!
