A Genuine and Sincere Recommendation. This May Be Long but worth Reading: My Discovery 5 suffered sever defects and resulted in endless damage as a result of a windscreen leak, due to parts delay and other factors the repair (by another Land Rover Dealer) was to take approximately Four Months to rectify, as a result the vehicle was eventually rejected. Guy Salmons where I initially purchased the vehicle went the extra distance for me, without any argument or reluctance they refunded the initial vehicle cost in full, assisted in my ongoing complaint to Land Rover, located another vehicle and did everything physically possible to resolve all my issues, I wish to sincerely thank Mr luis Ferreira and Mr Paul Alloway for the extremely professional and courteous way they assisted me in locating and providing a replacement vehicle along with assisting me with my ongoing complaint with Land Rover customer services, this is the kind of customer service and dedication that is hard to come by, I can only say that despite all the problems I encountered I genuinely would recommend Guy Salmons at Maidstone with total confidence and once again would like to take this opportunity to say a Very Sincere Thank You to Mr luis Ferreira Sales Manager for being a very Genuine, caring and outstanding individual who puts the Customer First, A Rare Talent and Quality to achieve.
