Bad customer service

Have been contacting Ford Wakefield for four days, regarding a service. Day One- Monday, contacted three times and put on hold or through to the wrong department Day Two- Tuesday, finally got through but was told they would have to contact me back with a return phone call, needless to say this never happened! Day Three- Wednesday, basically the same as Monday! all this while trying to work as well Day Four- Thursday, finally!! got through to the right department only to be told it was a call center and the female was rude, unhelpful, not bothered about my disappointment in FORD So I have NOT booked my service with this dealership in Wakefield, i will take my custom elsewhere where i hopefully get a better customer service for being loyal to the FORD name where
