Worst customer experience ever

Liverpool Vauxhall service department Derby Road. The worst customer experience i have ever had. Still waiting for the call promised from the service manager a Mr May. Must be the only so called service manager that thinks it is OK to ignore his paying customers. Please beware. Take your business elsewhere. They really do fall under the old image of cowboy 2nd hand car dealers.
