Worst customer service ever !

I came to buy a car from here, salesman was professional, promised call backs as it was late, no call backs, I rang and was promised a call back in 15 minutes, over an hour later I rang again and was told the sales manager would call, 2 hours later I went in. All sales staff and the sales manager were more interested in signing other customers up and made excuses about why they hadn't called. Bunch of cowboys.
