Terrible
In August 2019 I spent 13k on a bike, travelled from Northern Ireland to collect to find that the bike was not as advertised and described. I travelled home on the bike and during the journey I found that the front wheel was not true and was buckled. I took the bike into a tyre shop back home and put it on balancing machine to establish that it was in fact buckeled. I provided video evidence of the buckle and I was told by Moto Rapido's 'senior mechanic' that it was acceptable and nothing would be done about it. They sent me a new tyre (as if this was going to solve a buckled wheel??) and they then washed their hands of me. I then had a screen for the bike which was missing. Only after around 15-20 emails did I ever get anywhere. I was completely ignored for a number of months and only in February 2020 did I receive the screen the bike was advertised with. I emailed the individual who I dealt with and copied in the director and secretary of the company in the email requesting an update and demanded to know what was happening. Funny enough, I then got instant results. I was treated like crap, shunned, constantly ignored in the hope that I would go away. Ducati approved used check clearly means nothing and missed this major fault. Dirty and underhand tactics. Be wary. Wheel is still buckled.
