Hi calm, professional, demeanour, really gave us faith that he'd find our desired very specific spec of Velar /with a pano-roof. We didn't think that it was achievable. From Mayfair to Oxford, we searched far and wide. But fate brought us to Inchcape and the Bristow 'Velar Supremo' A true asset to Land Rover. I have also sent a note to head office to this effect.
