DO NOT BUY FROM ELITE MOTORS AT ALL COSTS! Bought a BMW from here on the 28/01/20202 Original price was £3,690. He dropped the price to £3200 for us without much persuading at all which should have been a warning sign but hey ho, learned that lesson. The first problem we encountered was lack of power in the car, had diagnostics which said it needed a new nox sensor. Contacted elite, he did give us £150 towards this and we said we would pay the rest (for fitting) however he asked my partner (who has aspergers syndrome so only sees the good in people and thinks everyone is geniune) to sign a waiver saying that elite is no longer responsible for the nox sensor as they had given us £150 towards fixing it, what my partner didnt realise it that it also said that all warranties are no longer valid too even though were within our 30 days since purchase. When we took the car in today for the nox sensor fitting they told us it needed a new exhaust flex pipe as it was FULL of holes. We also had further diagnostics done which say it needs a new high pressure fuel pump, has an issue with the oil pressure and the mechanics also told us it needs a new prop shaft and 2 new front shockers. Basically it's a pile of unroadworthy rubbish, we have 2 children that have been in this car before we found all this out. I called elite and was basically told unfortunately as my partner signed that bit of paper that we dont have a leg to stand on and that he doesnt care, our problem! I told him in no unkind terms that I would be writing this review, his reply was that he will write back to it as he always seems to do whenever anyone has something bad to say if you check the other reviews. Hes an absolute con man, I assume all his expensive cars are upto standards but the lower end ones are just pieces of scrap from the auctions. Steer well clear. Do not trust the nicey nicey front, it's all an act to rip you off! I'll be looking forward to whatever rubbish hes going to reply to this as I'm sure he will.
