The worst experience of my life
Without doubt this is the worst experience of my 50 years of owning cars. It took almost 2 weeks, numerous phone calls and a final personal visit to get my £500. refund after a deal fell through. When they claimed they had been phoning me to arrange the refund I showed my phone which contradicted their claim, Why would I not want to speak to them ???????????? It was only when i made a personal visit and my car unfortunately broke down in their driveway that they got things moving and refunded. I apologise unreservedly to any of their customers who were inconvenienced.
