Worst service I’ve ever had

I visited the garage to buy a car. Although the salesman Stewart Goulden was amazing and the service from him was amazing there where other service issues that were diabolical. I made complaints to Nick Hankey who was extremely rude to myself and my partner. Also the managing director of the company was disgusting. Cause I wasn’t happy with their rude behaviour and felt I could never return to the dealership to service car etc asked if we could leave the car. Their attitude was that my partner had bought the car not me and seeing as I was the one complaining they had been rude to me it wasn’t a Halliwell Jones matter it was personal between myself and the member of management who had been rude to me. I have asked for apologies but no nothing. The higher management of this company are rude and heartless. Once they had our money their behaviour was disgusting. Honestly people do not buy a car there especially women.
