Hi I recently enquired about a used 330i and spoke to saleman called David, have to admit the worst person to speak to, no customer service skills what so ever. Asked what deal he can do for me and he replied none as they dnt offer any discount or deals or freebies and want me to folk out 34k on a car. Also they want me to buy the car without seeing it or test driving it, all i get is a video of the car when they get it in. Even the PCP part was offered 10.9%, other bmw dealers are offering me a better rate then these clowns. At all cost just avoid them, just wanna make person and scam people into paying full price and higher PCP so they can make higher commission.
