Great service, resolving several issues

Beautiful new Golf Cabriolet. Of note, on collection there were several issues with the vehicle that they hadn't noticed. They were very apologetic, immediately provided a courtesy car while they resolved the issues and replaced several components rather than recondition / refurbish them which means I can be confident that the problems won't resurface in the future - they backed this up with an extended warranty on the components in question. It is easy to sell good cars but when things don't go to plan you really get an insight into a business and I am pleased to be able to recommend them based on how they looked after me.
