This dealership is now part of the Richmond group, but it was far from a great experience. The salesperson was good and did what she could to help, but, unfortunately, she was relying on the rest of the team doing their jobs to a reasonable standard. Appointments are made via a 3rd party call centre and the reception or sales staff do not appear to be aware that you have made an appointment. This lead to viewing a dirty car that I was assured would be cleaned inside and out, should I decide to purchase. On collection day, the car was presented with a dirty interior. The valeter had another go whilst I waited, but it was still far from a good job. I have since cleaned it myself and I fail to see how this was beyond the skills of a "professional", it took no more than a damp microfiber and a bit of patience. When viewing the car I pointed out that there was no spare wheel or repair kit in place and I was assured that they get removed, as they tend to go missing. When collecting the car, I checked and this had not been addressed. A bottle of tyre sealant and an inflator was fetched from the parts department and placed in the boot, there was no underfloor holder (which is standard fit from the factory) and no interest in supplying one. Another disappointment is that the car was advertised as having cruise control, it doesn't, it is only a speed limiter. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I can only hope that others have a far better experience, although other online reviews highlight that I am not the first to be disappointed. Thankfully, there are plenty of other dealers that appear to have a far better reputation where I will be taking any future business.
