Expensive and poor customer service

Had a servicing quote from this garage and it is actually cheaper to pay to get the car ferry to the mainland and get your car serviced at a main dealer and still have money to spare, obviously holding people on the island to ransom. Customer service is poor, email them a question with 3 queries and they barely answer one, parts department extremely poor as well, ordered an item and when I went back to collect they knew nothing of it, apologised and said they would send it to me as an apology and guess what, nothing. The overall dealership manager needs to go back to basics, service, communication and doing what they are asked to do, not hard is it esplanade?.
