Frustrating after-sale experience

Well-meaning chaps, but punching above their weight, with little notion of after-sale service presumably because they cannot afford it given the size of the business. My experience of having my Volvo fixed (brought from same company) was like the patient seeing their family doctor for back pain and their trusted doctor (HNI) removed both their kidneys hoping the pain would go away but it didn't, and of course I was charged dearly for the procedure based on the wrong diagnosis. Good individuals subject to BIG caveats in relation to expertise and customer experience..
