Dodgy car bad service

Bought a car recently from Ali and Gary so say there names uksc motors just before Xmas on the ad it stated hpiclear checked also by a mechanic comes with 3 months warrenty I messaged the number witch I was then messaged by a different number we arranged a discount price for the car so I went and viewed the car he let me test drive it no problems I drove it back to Bristol and it started leaking oil I texted Ali straight away got no response I waited until the next morning a called him he didn’t answer and called me back within 10 mins I told him about the leak and instantly his attitude changed he started getting blunt with his answers saying that he said to me that it was px and there’s no warrenty when he clearly said to me as my brother as witness that it did come with warrenty I mentioned this to him and said I’m looking at your auto trade ad and it says it comes with it he then said look can I call u back and we will sort this i said yes and he hung up and didn’t call back it’s been 2 months and still.no answer the car is still in drivable as it needs helicoiling as the vacuum pump bolts don’t tighten I’ve tried repairing them and no luck..all this ive paid out of my own pocket and it still looks I may need a hole new engine! Is anyone on here taking this man to court so I can jump on the wagon and stop these men and get some justice
