Terrible service

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life!!! The manger tony is rude and ignorant! I sent my car to be fixed and they gave it back still broke I’ve been back and forward and everytime they haven’t fixed the problem my car is a brand new Mercedes it shouldn’t be like this and now telling me to go and get it fixed somewhere else even though I’ve paid £17000 for it to fixed and he told me I have 5 year warranty! He has messed me about, I’ve called him to talk to him about the issue and he put the phone down, I went to the garage and he told me he is too busy to talk to me! Such poor customer service, my car is dangerous to drive and he said he don’t care! Please never go to this garage all the staff are rude, I asked for the head office number and they gave me there garage number they are all crooks in there just want the money and push you away, all I want is my car to be fixed and expect it to be done first time not after 6 times!! Don’t waste your time or money in this place none of them know what they are doing!!!
