Worst car company going

This is the worst company going. DO NOT PURCHASE a car from them! I bought a bmw 1 series from lucky dale cars on 09/19. Ever since the purchase the purchase I have had problems with the engine in the car. The first week having it ‘drove train’ came up on my car and I called lucky dale cars and spoke with one of the men and he told me that I could not recieve a refund and that he “didn’t know what to do with my s*** car”. As a 19 year old girl I did not know I could have got legal advice as they sold me a dodgey car. I sent my car up that week to them as they said they can “fix” it. A few days later I went to pick it up to find their bmw approved garage did not exist and the phone number they gave me for them was a call centres in the area. I Asked them about this and they then said they had the car back in their hands and I had to pick it up from them. After having the car back for a week the same message “drive train” came up so they clearly hadn’t fixed my car like they said, they had clearly illegally swiped my cars data to make it think the problems was gone. I took the car to bmw and they told me the cam shaft was stuck in the engine etc, I had to pay £400 to fix it. 3 months later another problem occurred where something in the engine went wrong again. Now the cars engine has completely gone on the car and bmw are asking for £8000 the same price and I payed for the car to replace the engine. I have been completely ripped of and left with nothing but a faulty useless car. I think it’s disgusting this company is still going and that they can do this to a young girl. I thought this car was my dream car and they completely ruined my experience and sold me dreams. Again I say DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DISGUSTING MEN.
