Cannot fault them

Recently bought a second hand Mazda 3 from Mitchell Mazd, and I can't fault them. The salesman was not pushy & didn't feel like a used car salesman. He clearly recognised I'd done my homework on both the car and pricing, and didn't try and mess me about at all. I've had the known issue with the wing mirrors not folding back properly since having the car, and they had it in and replaced them (under the warranty) with no quibbles (cleaning the car inside and out prior to me picking it up). I've really appreciated the little touches, like the flowers given when I picked the car up after purchase, plus the always friendly welcome, plus the added bonuses of being able to work in the dealership whilst the car was repaired (I was even offered an office), plus the car washing on Saturday mornings, plus the peronal letter received a couple of weeks after I'd purchased the vehicle. This feels like a dealership who really value your custom and want to maintain an excellent relationship with you. This is significantly superior to the experience I had a different Mazda dealership I purchased my last car from in Manchester. Bravo Mitchell Mazda! Word has been passed to friends and colleagues, some of whom will certainly now be considering you for their next vehicle purchase based on my experience.
