Mokka

Put deposit down on this vehicle before Christmas, went to pick it up in new year, was told there was a problem, so didn’t want me to have it until they could fix it, two more weeks went by & was told a Vauxhall dealer was looking at it as still no luck, thought it had been solve, ask us to have a run in the mokka, stilll no heating, as yes we did take it far enough,!!!!! most definitely should of had some heating. The car was kept for another week, I did say to Paul if he couldn’t fix it by the following Friday, I would have deposit back, (which to be fair wasn’t an issue) so 4-5 weeks later I’m give up,.... but noticed a few days later it’s back on the forecourt for sale again, if they did manage to solve the problem, would’ve been nice to have a call to see if I still wanted it after waiting 4-5wks for it.. not happy!!!!!!! At the end of the day trustworthy not sure. Stuart was helpful & friendly, butI thinkbusiness is business.
