Aggressive and unprofessional.

Stuart was very aggressive and rude when we spoke on the phone. I saw a car on autotrader that I wanted to view but couldn't go to see it that day. So I called and asked if I could put down a refundable deposit (£300) to reserve the car. I showed the car ad to two different people and they both pointed out that the driver door looks darker than the rest of the car from multiple angles in the pictures which indicates its had a bad paintjob done to it at some point. So I called Stuart and asked about it and he said that I was just being stupid now. So I asked for more pictures to which he said no. I then told him he was making me feel uncomfortable and that I would like my deposit back. He said no because I was being just stupid and trying to get out of it. I told him that he shouldn't be talking to customers like that. Then he finally said that he is going to go back to the office and give me a refund and that he never wants to hear from me again. Very unprofessional. I was polite on the phone so the rudeness and unprofessionalism was totally uncalled for.
