I paid £6000 for a Saab from Autowest Broxburn. When I purchased car I noticed one of the rear windows was very slow going up, the guy sprayed it with wd40 and told me it was fine. 1 month later it jammed again so they took car back to garage and carried out some sort of repair and promised me it had been fixed properly. 2 month later the window has totally jammed and cannot be used so I phoned garage and he has told me it is not his problem and that window is not covered by warranty even though it was agreed on sale that the window would be fixed properly. My advice is for people to avoid this garage at all costs as the warranty you are given is not worth the paper it is written on and the guys attitude totally sticks and changes once you have parted with your cash.
