Car Not fixed or test driven as said

I took my car into Ford Winslow as other garages had charged me and not fixed the problem.I know Ford dealer would charge a lot more but thought at least I knew it would be fixed properly. Not in this case broke down 3 miles from dealers having paid for the fix got stuck on the A6 and couldn't get home. I took my car back after deleting the codes every 600 yards to keep restarting it but all service people had gone home. Phoned up after 2 days and the gentleman I spoke to wasnt even aware They had my car back and I had taken the courtesy car. He said if they dont contact it keep it until they do. They didnt contact me so I phoned up and they said they had took it for a test drive and it was ok but mileage was still the same as when I took it in and the diesel light was on with 37 miles and was 36 miles when I picked it up. The sevice manager said he didnt really know what was wrong with it it could be a number of things!!!!!! Maybe I should have taken my Ford to a Citroen garage, I have complained to Ford and they have assured me they have requested the garage to contact me and has apologized but NO . so another day off work with more money lost. The sales Manager said he would give me £150 Scrap if I bought a car from them. What nice people
