Terrible dealer

purchased a 19000£ BMW M235i (Hj65ovh) this company in October. I drove 160miles to pick the car up and was initially very pleased with everything. Within days I could see smoke coming out around the bonnet and a weird smell, along with a weird noise when the car is started. This was reported and Deane motors initially claimed it was oil spillage from service smoking, I took it to a private garage who said the car had lost plenty of oil and the oil filter housing was incorrectly replaced and the o ring was not put on correctly causing the problem. Further to this as it was within 30 days of purchase the company paid for a replacement oil filter housing. 3 month's Into owning the car I heard some noises whilst driving and when I pulled up at a petrol station the car wouldn't start with an ignition malfunction message. Deane motors showed me their incompetence when I reported this to them by advising me to have it fixed under the warranty they provided plus continualy ignoring my calls or emails. Under the consumer rights act it is deemed the the vehicle I purchased from them was not of satisfactory quality given its age, mileage and price. I have overlooked small issues such as a bulge in the tyre which I swapped 3 weeks after owning the car and a drivetrain warning light that went on during the oil leak which then didn't re occur. Deane motors are ignoring all their legal responsibilities to fix, replace or refund the vehicle! I have since sought legal advice and will be taking this as far as needed to ensure justice prevails and want to warn any potential customer of the terrible experience myself and others have had with this company. I would give the company a chance to redeem themselves even now and have written a letter to the directors of the business (joyce pilkington) which has also been ignored . What they don't realise is my family has a queen's councilor in contractual law and I will not let them get away with this type of cowboy business behaviour and dismal after sales service. The company have no care that I have been without a vehicle for over a week and I have followed all amicable and necessary steps to seek a resolution from them. I don't even have a courtesy car which I requested so I'll ensure if this goes further a claim for inconvenience and loss of earnings is submitted as well.
