Shockingly awful aftersales service.
Shocking aftercare service from this garage. Bought a car with them with the ‘best warranty in the business’ so I was told. After 3 mths (possibly much sooner as wasn’t spotted straight away), car ended up with an oil leak and I was told to get the car diagnosed from a Mazda garage as to the fault. Nearly £130 to only diagnose the fault. Then to be told that ‘oil leaks’ aren’t covered by the warranty. Wasting £130 on the diagnosis and having to repair the car myself. Despite numerous emails and waiting for over a week for a reply about a possible good will gesture for a car that failed 3 mths into owning it, I have received NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. Over 1 week after being told on Tuesday 21/01/2020 that someone would definitely reply and email me on Thursday 23/01/2020. STILL WAITING FOR ANY EMAIL REPLY. Awful, woeful, shocking, dire. Used car warranty is next to useless. Lack of aftersales care. They want to take your money it seems then forget about the rest of the service due. This is on top of the fact I was told I could collect the car on a Friday, so I took the day off work (using one of my days holiday) to drive the 400 mile round trip, only to be told on the Thursday that I wouldn’t be able to collect it. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere where any aftersales customer service is going to be far FAR better than here.
