Terrible service

I am writing this review after my son phoned to tell me about the disastrous service he had at this dealership last week. He had been told that a car would be available once he’d dropped his off for a service but this was not the case and he ended up spending 70 pounds to get a taxi into work and back. When he arrived back to collect his car he was horrified to see his car on the forecourt with the lights on!!! It was dark (6pm) and he could not understand why this had happened. There was no apology and the dealer was disinterested and rude. Predictably, when he tried to start the engine, the battery was dead and he had to wait around while the dealer (Adam) jump-started it!! Why did this happen? The car needs a part which was not available on the day but he will not be returning to this dealership and will take his custom elsewhere.
