Poor service

Found the staff weren't particularly engaged and seemed more interested in taking my money than giving the right kind of advice. Apologies seemed superficial and when it came to giving me the information I wanted, they seemed disinterested. Felt rushed when signing the forms for the cars, got the impression the person serving me wanted to add another sale to their record rather than making sure the customer was satisfied.
