Untrustworthy avoid!

My father in law purchased a car from here with the help of his family in December 2019. The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish. The salesman lied to them about the car having service history and the reason for the car not having a V5C document. The car purchased was in need of a service which only became known to the family when it was begin driven home. The car would not start the very next day due to the battery begin flat. This had to be replaced which was done FOC but the car should never have been sold with a duff battery. Otter Vale refused to service the car without payment and as we had no faith in them it was done by another garage. On their website at the time of purchase they claimed to be accredited to The Motor Ombudsman. This was another lie as they were not accredited at all. We only found out this when we tried to complain about them to The Motor Ombudsman and were told they were not members. Never again AVOID!
