Very bad experience. Do not trust!

First impressions are good when dealing with the owner. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED. We bought a Suzuki Jimny that was allegedly supplied with a 38 point pre sale checklist and a full years mot with no advisories. It became very apparent after a couple of days there were some serious faults with the car which deemed the car unsafe to drive. I rejected the car under the consumer act right as being of unsatisfactory quality and unfit for purpose . From December 10th until now I have had a constant battle with the owner to get my money back. Communication is awful and he doesn’t reply to calls texts or emails. After finally agreeing to refund me I have had nothing but false hope and disappointment when he doesn’t keep to what he says and have been promised a refund on several dates only to be fobbed off with excuses when it doesn’t happen. He still has the car and my money and I am now faced with the prospect of taking him to court to get back what promised. SO PLEASE BE WARNED !
