Did not fulfil warranty on faulty car

Purchased a car with a 'comprehensive' warranty and full, new MOT. The car turned out to be dangerous to drive within a couple of days and had to have a local garage carry out urgent repairs. The mechanic stated that the vehicle should never have passed an Mot with such faults. Any form of cooperation from the dealership was flatly refused. Very poor after-sales-service.
