Awful service

Worst service- They purposely delayed fixing my car for 8 weeks! Had my car for one week, apparently fixed it.£800 later. Three weeks later, same problem arose. Had to pay for a diagnositocs again (the only garage who could fix, due to diagnostic machine). They then told me another reason for the fault, endless calls and emails. They hung up on me numerous times. The rudest girl, on the service department. Once i spoke to two managers, after i was promised a call back, it took 8 weeks for them to fix the problem. With my car off the road, for that period. Finally, once they decided to fix it they charged me £863. This situation caused so much upset, i could not even go into the garage to collect my car, and had to send a family member. I do not wish to have any contact further with invicta about this complaint, but would rather tell customers about the service i received.
