I broke down yesterday evening and after waiting five hours for BMW assistance, Phillip arranged my car to be picked up and taken to a garage, he even rang BMW himself to arrange a hire car for me today. Nothing was too much, he was also very lovely and pleasant on the phone. Thanks Phillip!
