Bought an Audi A3 jan 2020 sales girl nice needed mot failed on rear calliper and rear discs and pads work done mot passed two weeks into ownership car parked on my drive slight downgrade hour later ploughs into my garage door damaging car and door ring service dept manager Stourbridge Skoda who tells me bring in for inspection at this time handbrake on 5 notches not holding car on level service two days later service manager rings me tells me car been through there workshop and independent work shop and handbrake up too mot standard and there not responsible for any damage which accurded I asked him have you adjusted handbrake at yr workshop he replied car not been touched since you dropped it off I was totally shocked by this and took my car away please be careful when dealing with these people “trust group” I think quite ironic pete hoggins not happy
