Worst ever sales service received

I was an s1 on a 65 reg at this dealership and wanted to put a deposit down so that I could arrange to view the vehicle. A chap called Billy said everything under the sun to sell the car and wanted to make a deal over the phone. The car was in Vegas yellow and the best deal that he could do is take £100 off. The initial sales pitch was that the car was scheduled to undertake a refurb of all four wheels to be diamond cut, new front grill and a respray of the bonnet. After receiving some pics I noticed that the gear stick was really worn as if a dog had been chewing on it so naturally I asked if that could be replaced. We went back an forth over who would cover the cost of £136 and then later he came back saying they will no longer be diamond cutting the wheels due to the wheels being too damaged. So naturally I wasn’t happy with that and asked if they can drop the price to reflect this. Billy said he was going to call in the following morning but never did. I called the dealership and requested to speak to a manager so a call back was arranged with a manager called Alex. This conversation did not go very well, Alex was not at all helpful, rude as he kept on speaking over me to get his point across. I still wanted to pit that deposit down as the misses really wanted the car so I arranged with Alex to get Billy to call my wife to take this payment so we can arrange to view the car. Later that evening Alex calls and stated that they have discovered a oil leak comming from around the sump and by the following day, late in the afternoon I received a message saying they will now auction the car off as it was to much cost for them to sell the car. Alex said he would be calling me first this in the morning with this information. Two weeks later and the same car with the same reg DH65 DXX is still advertised for sale at Tge same dealership. I would have given them no stars if I could **** bunch of p***ks ****
