Attitude of sales staff

I bought a car from Struans Perth in 2017. The salesman was at best a bully and only a phone call from the general manager apologising personally eventually convinced me to complete the purchase. I decided to go back in 2020to see if I could buy a new car and a different salesman was rude, awkward and very very determined to give me the lowest possible trade in value he could manage. I definitely would not purchase from this franchise
