Disgusting service

I wonder why they won’t let me write a review on their actual page.. I didn’t even want to give the one star. The service was absolutely appalling, I organised everything on the phone from the visit to paying the deposit as i live far away. I booked the day off work to come collect the car to turn up at the garage where noone was there, I then rang the man who i had been speaking with and he said that the car was no longer available as he had crashed it so it was classed as a write off. To my surprise i asked when this happened and he said sunday.. baring in mind i went to collect on the TUESDAY. I had no call or message to say that this incident had happened so i had booked a day off work and driven all that way for nothing. It then took me over a week to get my deposit back. Disgusting service and manners from everyone there. Please anyone be careful when dealing with this company as i don’t want the same happening to anyone else.
