Purchased a new V90 in December 2018 which came with a three-year service plan. When the car was serviced in November 2018 it became apparent that Riverside hadn't put the service plan on the Volvo system so I had to pay for the service. Riverside acknowledged that it was their error and that they would (a) update the Volvo database and (b) refund the cost of the service. That was 2nd December 2019 and it's now late January 2020 and I've no refund and no confirmation that they've updated the Volvo database.
