False description of vehicle

Purchased Vehicle arranged a deal over the telephone ( £200 of asking price,40.00 diesel and Honda Warranty etc )and on asking about any dints/scratches on the vehicle was assured none(of course not this is a Honda Assured Vehicle from an approved Honda dealer)I then paid deposit (received invoice and order form via email in pdf form showing the total to pay etc for my dint free car) then several days later travelled over 100 miles to pay balance and collect vehicle.
