Bought a 2011 insignia from Karl that developed a whine from the gearbox while driving it home, reported it to Karl and took the car back, insignias have a well documented gearbox bearing issue but Karl had the problem fixed by having the worn bearings replaced by a gearbox specialist. I cannot daultvthe initial no pressure visit to view the car or any part of the process, easy, friendly and stress free, recommended unreservedly.
