Zero aftersales service

I bought my car in August 2019. I have been able to drive it on three occasions since, due to it being off the road for the rest of the time. Despite the garage taking it back to 'repair' twice, it returned to me in the same poor state. I have spoken to the Salesman but all he can say is that he can't get in touch with the owner. I now have a £6K car which I cannot drive. I am therefore having to take the issue through the small claims court to get my money back. My advice is to avoid buying any cars from this dealer.
