Dishonest, unprofessional, petty.. etc..

From my recent experience, I have never come across such an unpleasant, dishonest, unprofessional and downright petty company. Beware any dealings with these people. After I paid a holding deposit over the telephone for a used car, they became mysteriously unavailable, failing to answer their phones and not confirming a provisionally agreed viewing/collection time. (Try calling them and see how much success you have getting through to them!). They also refused to deliver the car. They have stolen my deposit and they don’t respond to any emails. This is despite the law clearly stating they must return the deposit. The director, Paul Kefford, even put the phone down on me like a petty child when I called to politely ask for it back! Their Facebook messenger representatives are also flaky. They claim to be only “third party” representatives and won’t discuss important matters. They are now the subject of pending court action to retrieve the deposit.
